Secure Fastening: Professional elasticated ties for securing scaffold sheeting to the frame.
Safety Flex: Elasticated core allows the sheeting to “flex” in high winds.
Bulk Trade Pack: Supplied in a convenient bag of 100 ties.
Durable Design: High-strength elastic cord with a heavy-duty plastic toggle and pointed tip for easy threading.
Weather Resistant: UV-stabilised components built to withstand the British elements.
Our Scaffold Sheeting Toggle Ties (often referred to as “Bungees”) are the industry-standard method for attaching reinforced sheeting to scaffold structures. Unlike rigid cable ties, these elasticated fasteners are designed to give your sheeting a longer life and a more professional finish.
In the UK, wind loading is a major concern for any sheeted scaffold. These toggle ties feature a high-tensile elasticated core that allows the sheeting to move slightly under wind pressure. This “flex” acts as a shock absorber, significantly reducing the stress on the sheeting eyelets and the scaffold itself, which prevents the material from ripping during storms.
Time is money on a busy project. Our ties feature a sharp, pointed tip designed to pierce through the reinforced eyelet bands of your sheeting with ease. Once through, the heavy-duty plastic toggle locks the tie in place against the scaffold tube, providing a secure, vibration-resistant hold.
Extended Sheeting Life: Prevents the “cheese-wire” effect where rigid ties rip through plastic eyelets.
Professional Finish: Keeps sheeting taut and tidy, improving the overall aesthetic of your site.
Reusable: Can be easily removed during striking and used on the next project, providing excellent value for money.
Standard Sizing: Optimised length to fit around standard 48.3mm scaffold tubes.

For maximum security in exposed or coastal areas, we recommend spacing your toggle ties every 500mm along the reinforced bands. Always ensure the toggle is positioned on the inside of the scaffold for a cleaner look and to prevent it from snagging on external equipment.
